The bungalows are primitive in exterior and the roof
resembles a traditional Vietnamese shelter which is composed
of leaf clusters. The exterior walls are decorated with mud
and sits amid the beautifully landscaped gardens. The
interior is spacious and elegant, paneled with timber floors
and designer wall décor. The solid wooden furniture is
stylishly decorated with traditional fabrics and the
ambience is set with a unique lighting system. All this
luxury complements with the beautiful view of Nha Trang Bay.
All bungalows are designed to enjoy a 180º panoramic view
form the bed itself.
The partly outdoor and spacious bathroom is fitted with a
luxurious rain shower and large bathtub. Each bathroom has a
small courtyard and is exposed to fresh air and sunlight.
Culinary
Hon Tam Island showcases a unique gastronomy.
The hotel offers a range of international and Vietnamese
culinary choices. The teams of culinary experts comprise
of both European and Vietnamese and each dish is put out
with a great amount of attention and care. The hotel
maintains benchmark health and safety standards and adds
a wide choice to your culinary voyage.
The hotel also promotes Vietnamese delicacies developed
not only through generations of tradition but by using
the latest scientific advancements and outstanding
culinary skills. During your culinary voyage you will
discover authentic Vietnamese and indigenous ingredients
found through Vietnam’s lush crops and her rich
agricultural roots. Some of these ingredients are
freshly grown in the Island itself. Hon Tam Island seeks
to revive Vietnam’s heritage in gastronomy in a way that
uses modern knowledge to identify and sustain optimal
nutritional value. In addition to taste and
presentation, Hon Tam Island has introduced nutritional
value as the third dimension to its cuisine.
The Garden View Restaurant
The Garden Restaurant is located overlooking
the Nha Trang Bay, swimming pool and garden. It can
serve upto150 persons at one seating. You can enjoy a la
carte and set menus which are dished out to your choice
of International and/or heritage cuisine. A feast on a
comprehensive range of wines and beverages await your
choosing. The restaurant also has air-conditioned
seating in its two private dining rooms. The Garden
Restaurant is the regular breakfast buffet venue. The
restaurant is open 24 hours.
The Ocean View Restaurant
Hear the soft breeze and the gentle lap of
waves on the shore, and see the glint of starlight
reflect off the mysterious waters at this special
restaurant. The Ocean View is an Authentic Vietnamese
Architectural masterpiece catering up to 500 persons at
one seating. The Restaurant serves Vietnamese and
Seafood Delicacies
Open for Lunch and serving a la carte and set menus. The
Ocean view is open for Lunch and Dinner. Opening; 1st
February 2010.
Hon Viet Café
Hon Viet is a café in the Ancient Village
serving Freshly Grilled Snacks, Juices, Tea and Coffee.
The Restaurant has a traditional Vietnamese setting and
the atmosphere is set by a traditional musician. Open
from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM Opening; 1st February 2010.
Flamingo Bar
A theatre restaurant and a bar set up as a
large hogs head. The Flamingo Bar is an architectural
icon of the Hon Tam Resort. The Bar entertains you with
Traditional Performances and a daily band for dancing
and listening pleasure. Opening 1st February 2010.
The Green and Blue Pool Bars
The green and blue pool bars are is designed to
integrate with and highlight the beautiful setting of
the Nha Trang Bay. These bars are perfect places to
chill out, sip a cocktail and wait for the bay's
beautiful sunsets. The pools bars gears up for the
sunset with a daily happy hour, with great cocktails and
chill-out music.

Hobnob Café
A café in the Golf Club serving tea, coffee and
light snacks. This is an ideal setting with a long
green and the ocean as a backdrop. Near the café is also
a Foot Massage Area if you decide for a quick break.

Hookah Café
A Café with one of the best views of the Nha Trang Bay.
This café is set up at the hotels mainland jetty
overlooking the harbor and the jetty. Hookah Café serves
seesha smoke, coffee, tea, cocktails and snacks. A great
place to chill-out with great music. Opening 1st
February 2010.

Islands water sports park offer the full range of water
