Evason Ana Mandara features an interesting blend of classic
regional Vietnamese cooking with a contemporary fusion
influence. We source only the freshest ingredients from
local markets, rural Vietnam and International producers to
create a culinary journey of the highest standard. We trust
the menu has something for all tastes but ultimately we are
flexible and will endeavor to create anything else you might
want to enjoy whilst dining with us.
The Pavilion Restaurant: You have a choice of indoor
or verandah dining with a spectacular panoramic view of Nha
Trang Bay. Pavilion is open all day and offers Vietnamese
and International specialties. Commence your day with a
bountiful buffet breakfast and then choose from the
extensive a la carte menus presented for lunch and dinner.
Lobby Bar: Located beside the Pavilion Restaurant,
this is a comfortable indoor bar extending to a bamboo
courtyard sheltered by the banyan tree. This is an ideal
setting for a relaxing beverage with wines by the glass,
international beer selection or one of our creations. The
Lobby Bar boasts and extensive walk in wine cellar that has
something for all occasions and palates; let us know if you
would like to do some tasting or enjoy a wine dinner.
Pool Bar: Whether catching some sun at the beach or
lounging around at the poolside; The Pool Bar offers an
extensive range of beverages including refreshing cocktails,
